About

Most money content online feels noisy.

Everything is a “hack”, a “secret”, or the “best account in 2026”. Every financial product promises optimisation, rewards, insights, tracking, perks, or passive income.

I’m interested in something simpler.

Practical Money is a blog about building financial systems that quietly work in real life.

Not just finding the highest interest rate or the best cashback offer, but understanding how money actually moves through everyday life:

  • which bank accounts work well together
  • how to automate savings without constantly thinking about it
  • why some financial apps feel stressful and others don’t
  • which products genuinely make managing money easier

I think personal finance should feel calm, organised, and practical — not like a second job.

The best financial systems are usually the ones you barely notice.

That’s what I try to write about here.

No finance guru stuff. No “get rich quick” culture. No pretending to beat the market.

Just thoughtful writing about banking, saving, investing, and making money feel simpler.
